Request USDV Authorization
Apply for Authorization to Use USDV
USDV is a permissioned settlement asset on supported networks including XRPL, Stellar, TRON, Base, Polygon, and BNB Chain. Before a wallet can hold, receive, or transfer USDV, it must be reviewed and authorized by Valtorum.
Authorization helps maintain regulatory compliance, ecosystem integrity, and secure settlement across the USDV network.
Why Authorization Exists
USDV access begins with eligibility review.
Unlike public stablecoins that anyone can freely receive, USDV operates under a participant authorization framework. Every wallet must undergo review before it can participate in the USDV ecosystem.
Authorization does not create ownership rights, guarantee future access, or establish any banking or custodial relationship.
- Regulatory compliance
- AML and CFT controls
- Sanctions protection
- Institutional-grade settlement
- Controlled ecosystem growth
- Reduced abuse and fraud
